I was very skeptical when I first heard about this on YouTube, but after having repeated breakouts and spending so much $ on over the counter drug store/ high end acne products. I decided whats the worse that could happen and I gave it a try. Its very easy to use , uploaded two photos of my affected area, and put my zip code in and had a dr and script in a an hour. I picked up my scripts and in two days my face is totally clear. No breakouts , I am beyond excited about my results and I hope it continues , but considering I got prescription medicine from the convenience of my home and it works, I am glad I gave it a try

I paid the money as asked. I took the pictures as asked and after several emails still didnt get a treatment plan or recommendation at all. Not happy. Want my money back. Should have gone to a real dr and pain my co pay. My bad decision. Never again

Super easy to use and very fast as well- I got a reply within ten minutes of sending photos of my skin. Much less expensive than a regular trip to the dermatologist office.

So glad I found this app through Pinterest! What a cool thing this is! Was totally skeptical at first because I had never heard of such a thing, but sure enough it was a success! The doctors are super accessible and caring. The staff is super supportive if you have any questions or concerns. Plus, your first visit is free and my doctor gave me a free promo code follow up visit! And if you share your promo code with friends and family you get more free visits! I love this app and has really helped clear up my acne!

Super annoyed I downloaded this app to have a growth analyzed for possible skin cancer. First, they make you register and provide your personal info to gain access to any part of the app. Then they inform you, once youve provided the personal info, that they do not currently diagnose in your state (if you are not one of the mentioned states in the app description.) There should be clarification in the description that only those states can participate. On top of everything they dont even look at or analyze anything having to do with skin cancer/growths/spots. Pointless.

I needed help with my acne.. To my surprise, I submitted a quick consult and within a few hours I got my prescription sent to my pharmacy .. I had requested tazorac and I got it.. I cant believe it was that easy. The treatment plan by Dr Behnam was really thorough. I love telemedicine and will recommend this app to all my pimple friends.

Im so glad this app exists. I have nodular and cystic acne and really needed medication to fight it. The wait for my dermatologists was two weeks, I could t wait that long. So I decided to try this app and I got a prescription in 24 hours. I only ended up paying $39 for the "visit". Very happy.
